“I am pleased about the bust. However, it proves we have a systemic problem with these EBT cards. It is time for significant reforms that protect our tax dollars from being abused. I support Rep. O’Connell’s effort to reform the system. I agree with her that it is time to end cash benefits and to stop replacing 20,000 lost cards monthly.”
